Does it fit my mug?
It sits around the middle of a standard mug and stretches a little, so most mugs are fine. Very wide travel mugs are the exception.
How do I look after it?
Hand wash in cool water and lay it flat to dry. Keep it out of the machine and it will look the same next December.
What are the three designs?
Gingerbread is warm brown with an icing drip. Peppermint is red with candy-cane bands and snowflakes. Twinkle Lights is cream with little ornaments on a gold garland.
How long will it take to arrive?
Processing takes 1–2 business days, then 8–16 business days in transit depending on where you are. This is a pre-order, so it ships around November 27.
What if I change my mind?
Write to us within 30 days of it arriving and we'll sort it out. Unused and in its original condition is all we ask.
